Had time to pick the reply apart and their list does mention 8 of the 13 cases. What's happened to the other 5 BW/CRT don't seem to know for sure thems...
An interesting outcome and a somewhat long way round to get the information. It does rather suggest that they had the info at hand all the time?
Its interesting that CRT Directors seem able to claim detailed knowledge of enforcement actions in their reports to CRT Council and Trustees, but can't...
