1. A list in a MS Excel file or other spreadsheet type file containing, for each laboratories reporting RT-PCR tests contributing to the daily statistics provided in https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/details/...
a. Their full organisation name;
b. Their contact email;
c. The percentage of the total of test results reported to Public Health England since 1 May 2020 to the latest available day.

2. The proportions of RT-PCR and lateral flow tests for each day since 1 May 2020 to the latest available day.
