Interview questions and answers only kept for a period of 6 months, so
unfortunately we no longer have a record of these.

 2. Please inform me about what the interview comprised i.e. interview and
presentation? psychometric testing?

The interview was split into two parts: a technical interview and a
management interview

 3. Was an external organisation instructed to carry out the above
process?

No. The technical interview was carried out by the Interim Legal Services
Manager, the Head of Legal and Democratic Services and a HR Business
Partner.

The management interview was carried out by the Interim Legal Services
Manager, the HR Services Manager and the Chief Executive.
