Dear Ms Klymkiw,

Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/10462620

Thank you for your request for information received on 05 November 2020,
in which you asked for the following:

1. Please provide all correspondence from May 20019-April 2020 between Dan
Hawthorn (former Director of Housing, Regeneration and Planning) and other
officers of Haringey Council regarding the ‘pod’ replacement works and
other major works on Noel Park Estate

My response is as follows:

When an officer leaves the employment of Haringey Council, their email
account is deactivated. This means that Mr Hawthorn’s email account is no
longer available for the purposes of Freedom of Information requests.

We have checked with the most likely services and the relevant officers,
currently working within the Council to assess their email accounts. This
exercise has indicated there are no records of any correspondence from May
2019 to April 2020, between Dan Hawthorn (former Director of Housing,
Regeneration and Planning) and other officers within Haringey Council,
regarding the ‘pod’ replacement and other major works on the Noel Park
Estate.

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request, you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the Corporate
Feedback Team at the following email address: [1][email address].
(Please note you should do so within two months of this response.)

Yours sincerely
