Local authorites that contract out local welfare decisions

Department for Work and Pensions did not have the information requested.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Under the Contracting Out (Functions of Local Authorities: Income-Related
Benefits) Order 2002, local authorities can contract the making of decisions on
housing benefit, council tax reduction, and discretionary housing payments.

Please could you tell me which local authorities have contracted out these functions and to which providers?"

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Robert Thomas
