Dear Rev. Pearsall Wayne Pearsall

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REFERENCE NO: FOI-460-2020

I write in connection with your request for information which was received
on 15^th October 2020 as follows:

https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_f...

Can you please provide the public with the following information.

All actions/crimes/reports attended in the period of 15/9/20 to 14/10/20

Please break the results down day by day and by category as you've
generously provided in the example linked.

Please also provide the same data for the same period of 2019.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in providing the response
to your request and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Response:  Please find the requested information set out on the attached
sheet.  When reviewing the information please note that it has been
provided in such a way as to ensure that individuals cannot be identified,
as provided in Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act.

The information has been provided by way of three tables for each year,
the first shows the total number of attended incidents by date, the second
shows a partial breakdown by incident type by date and the third shows the
remaining incidents by type, broken down by the complete period rather
than by date.  The information has been provided in this way because it is
deemed that due to low numbers and/or the nature of the incident type,
disclosure of information by date is likely to identify an individual.

Exemption under Section 40(2) is applicable where the information
requested relates to a third party or could lead to the identification of
the individual, either from that information alone or combined with any
other information from within the Police Service or in the public domain.

Releasing the detailed information requested in full is highly likely to
identify an individual.  This would be in breach of the first Data
Protection Principle; in that processing of personal data must be lawful
and fair (DPA 2018 35(1), EUGDPR Article 5(1)).

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is as
accurate as possible.

Your attention is drawn to the below which details your right of
complaint.

Should you have any further enquiries concerning this matter, please write
or telephone the Information Compliance Unit quoting the reference number
above.

Yours sincerely

Rachel Mumford
