Meeting for Cambridge City Councillors held on Tuesday 28th July

The request was successful.

Dear Cambridgeshire Police and Crime Commissioner,

In relation to a meeting for Cambridge City Councillors held on Tuesday 28th July I would like to request the release of:

* Any recordings (audio and/or video) of the event, including any live chat logs.

* A copy of any materials used during, or prepared for, the event eg. presentation slides, briefing papers, speeches etc.

* A copy of any agenda and papers for the event, and any plans for the event.

* Any notes / minutes relating to the event..

* A copy of any invitation sent to councillors, or councils.

* Correspondence from councillors or councils directly in response to any invitation / notice of the event, or relating directly to the event, including any matters raised directly in lieu of attendance during the event, apologies for absence etc.

In respect of any recording of the event I would like to request the means of communication used to be publication on the Acting Commissioner's YouTube channel (as unlisted media if desired). I would expect the other material to be communicated by email.

I note that had the Acting Commissioner engaged with councillors via formal council meetings held in public rather than via a private event there would be no need for this request.
