Dear Wrycraft, James,
You appear to be putting profit before the health of the people of Salford. 5G has been proven in the High Court to be harmful to all life forms.
This untested tech is uninsurable even by Lloyds of London, yet Salford Council are blithely rolling it out without insurance or it being tested at all.

Please confirm yes or no, whether 5G is insured in order to be on the streets of Salford.

Yours sincerely,

Steve

Dear Wrycraft, James,
We have been informed that your response has been delayed for some reason at the Council and that you should have replied, by law, by now.

We now request that you reply to our first communication within the next 7 days in full. Simply refusing to answer by citing that it could affect future tenders is nonsense. You are plainly putting profit before the health of the people of Salford. We also require a response with a yes or no, as to whether Salford Council has insurance for the 5G masts and cabinets you are putting up in our areas.

Several countries around the world have now either banned their roll out of 5G or stalled it until health reports are submitted. The current regulations Salford Council are citing are from 2010 and exposure time was 6 minutes, those regulations are out of date and no longer apply according to the information from 250 scientists who are experts on EMF. Moreover, several Councils in the UK have listened to the health concerns of the public and have also banned the roll out of 5G. Why is Salford Council still continuing the roll out here and not listening to the health concerns of the public?

In addition we would like to advise you that malfeasance in a public office is a criminal act and carries a sentence of life imprisonment. Both you and everyone in the council who know of the serious health implications this roll out will have, will appear before a court of law and prosecuted. We are more than willing to meet you in court to debate this matter.

We look forward to hearing from you within 7 days.

Yours sincerely,

Steve

Good Morning Mr Rennie,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am unsure what you mean by '... your response has been delayed for some
reason at the Council and that you should have replied, by law, by now.'
The response to your request internal review was sent to this email on
06.04.2020, to which the council did not receive a reply, and I had
assumed the review was closed in this case. Please see attached email and
internal review response as evidence of this.

Appropriate legislation has been quoted in this and the first response you
receive, and the Council has gone on to consider the public interest test
in both instances. Further consideration was given via our internal
review, and this was approved by the Council’s Data Protection Officer,
and is considered closed by the Council.

If you are still dissatisfied with this, you may with to explore further
channels (such as contacting the ICO) as was informed you were able to do
both in the first response provided on 27.03.2020, and the internal review
correspondence which was given to you on 06.04.2020.

Many Thanks,

Dear Wrycraft, James,
I sent the following to you on the 27th of March 2020

You appear to be putting profit before the health of the people of Salford. 5G has been proven in the High Court to be harmful to all life forms.

This untested tech is uninsurable even by Lloyds of London, yet Salford Council are blithely rolling it out without insurance or it being tested at all.

I have checked and your reply just quotes my above initial letter and then states 'See attached response' I can see no attachment regarding my question.
Please reply to the initial question regarding the existence of insurance as to date, I haven't received a response.

Please confirm yes or no, whether 5G is insured in order to be on the streets of Salford.

Yours sincerely,

Steve
