DOH ventolaters

Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

Could you please answer the following questions with Regards to this freedom of information request.
1.It is reported that ventilators brought from China are not adequate enough to Nurse corona virus patients on and would be dangerous to use can you please comfirm how much money the Department have spent on these ventolaters so far.?
2. How many corona disease patients have been put on these ventolaters and have died?
3. Does the Department have a risk assessment policy about ventolaters that are being bought from other Countries?
and if yes could you please forward me a copy of any such policies ?
4. What will the Department be doing with all the ventilators that are of no use any more?
5.will the Department be asking for a refund for the amount of money spent on these ventolaters?
6.How many corona Patients have been put on these ventilators and Survived.?

I a requesting an interal review into the Department failure to answer certain questions with regards to this freedom of information request.
I can understand why you are not happy to disclose the amount of money that the Goverment and yourselves have wasted at the tax payers expense on the ventilators from China that are not adequate to use.
A blatant typical lack of transparency from the Department which is not fit for purpose..

Dear Ms Stevens,

I apologise for the length of time it has taken to carry out your requested internal review of FOI-1221025.

The Department of Health and Social Care aims to respond to requests for internal reviews within 20 working days. You therefore would have expected to receive our response on 1 July 2020.
