Subject Access report Medical information
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
please can you supply myself with a copy of Guidance issued to DWP staff on disclosure of certain categories of personal medical information to the subject of that information.
i recently recieved a reply from yourselves stating that DWP do not send copies of medical records to the subject of a SAR. this does not follow the law of the DPA where by law all information must be disclosed (with some legal excemptions).
i am therefore interested in seeing all guidance available in relation to a subject access request, and medical records.
Yours faithfully,
Wayne Pearsall

Dear Wayne Pearsall,
Please see attached response to your FoI request.
Kind regards,
DWP Central FoI Team
Dear DWP freedom-of-information-requests,
DWP staff..
Thanks for this.
As my SAR request to the DWP has failed to meet the 40 day time limit, this SARG file has actually gave me the information I require to file a more detailed complaint in relation to such with the ICO.
Whilst I believe that your response to this FOI request was a little bland, i feel it has adequately answered my questions.
Yours sincerely,
Wayne Pearsall

I tried to blow the whistle to NHS whom have shoved my complaint in the bin. Yes for the second time!!. They & a Teresa Randall Practice manager & with the help from pc Beya, Are complicit actively of falsifying evidence against me?. Which has now lead me to be banned & if I need any medical attention,. I will only get this ESCORTED, YES YOU DID HEAR RIGHT ,ESCORTED BY A SECURITY PERSON & WHOM MAY HAVE TO BE IN THE ROOM WITH ME!! BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9.30am-11.30am Only on wednesdays!! Pc Beya, apparently, has now investigated & filed it under NO FURTHER ACTION!! Yes in other words, they can make up stories about anyone they like.Ruining that person's life in the process. And that person can do nothing about it?? That does not seem right to me!! They are Judge, jury & executioner all in one fail swoop. I did not know that this country was run by a "mafia" My GOD, don't they put the RUSSIAN & ITALIAN MAFIA TO SHAME?? !!!!
