Illegal pension claiming

The request was refused by Department for Work and Pensions.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Have there been successful prosecutions against pensioners living in countries which there is a frozen pension policy for falsely claiming an uprated pension and if so can any numbers and the punishment meted out be divulged?

Yours faithfully,
Brian M Corrigan.
