request I can confirm the following:
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request dated 3 September 2018
in which you asked the following questions: Please could you supply
details of the number of appeals to the District Valuer for the
redetermination of the initial valuation of Right to Buy homes made in the
last 5 years. For each appeal, please include: - the initial valuation -
the final valuation as determined by the District Valuer - the reasons for
any change in the valuation, if these are available The response of
Sandwell Council is given below: Please see the attached Revised
Valuations spreadsheet which lists the original valuation and subsequent
revaluation of the District Valuer, for all relevant properties for the
last 5 years. The reason for the revised valuation is not held on the
database.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
request, and should be addressed to:
