Internal Review: Buses.

The request was successful.

Dear Wolverhampton City Council,

I would like to request an internal review. You have not responded within the 20 working days that you are required to respond within.

Firstly i sent you this email here on the 09/06/2018 - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/b... - in which i asked the following questions:

"May i please request the following information under the FOI act:

1. A fleet list showing all current bus vehicles that you presently own or operate (showing reg numbers and make and model).

2. A fleet list showing all past bus vehicles that you have previously owned or operated but no longer have (showing reg numbers and make and model).

3. How many bus drivers do you currently employ.

All this info is in regards to both your Wolverhampton Free City Bus (500) and any other services that you operate."

You then responded on the 11/06/2018 and asked for a timescale in regards to question 2.

I then sent you this email to reply to your question on the 25/06/2018 - https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/b... - in which i said the following:

"Hi. In response to your question asking for clarification - i would like to request details between now and 01/01/2000 please - if for any reason it is not possible to go back that far then just go back as far as you can go. Many thanks."

Since then you have not responded any further with my requested information. The response is now long overdue. Could you please let me know when i will receive a response.

Many thanks.

Yours faithfully,

Edward Harris

FOI, Wolverhampton City Council

Dear Mr Harris,

We are only able to conduct an internal review once a request has been completed and the response provided to you.

Unfornatunately, your clarification submitted via What Do They Know has not generated an email to us, so we were unaware that this had been supplied.

We are doing our upmost to get this information as quickly as possible, and endeavour to get this reponse to you as soon as we can. If you are then dissatisfied with the response we will certainly undertake an internal review if you wish.

Yours sincerely,

Catherine Allin
