Communication with HfH regarding their document 'Resident Engagement Code of Conduct'

The request was successful.

Robert Lindsay-Smith

Dear Haringey Borough Council,

I wish to make a Freedom of Information request, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, in regards to communication between the Council department responsible for the service 'Regeneration' and the Arms-Length Management Organisation 'Homes for Haringey' (HfH) , between January 2016 and November 2017, regarding the document that HfH produced dated 24 November 2017 titled 'Resident Engagement Code of Conduct'.

To avoid any confusion, please note that I am not referring to the HfH document 'Code of Conduct for Residents' Meetings' dated April 2010.

In particular, I am requesting any and all communications on record from HfH to the Council, and from the Council to HfH, in full, and dated if not otherwise obvious within the document itself.

Thank you for your time,

Yours faithfully,

Robert Lindsay-Smith

Dear Mr Clark,

Many thanks for your help and the response to my request. I do note though that it covers emails alone, not other forms of communication such as alternative electronic methods, or indeed traditional face-to-face meetings.

I do not wish to cause a great deal of work, but wonder if would be feasible to do a global search of minutes of meetings at which officers from both bodies attended.

Yours sincerely,

Robert Lindsay-Smith

Dear Mr Lindsay-Smith,

Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/7378018.

Thank you for your follow up request for information received on 23 May
2018, in  which you asked for the following information:

“Many thanks for your help and the response to my request.  I do note
though that it covers emails alone, not other forms of communication such
as alternative electronic methods, or indeed traditional face-to-face
meetings.

I do not wish to cause a great deal of work, but wonder if would be
feasible to do a global search of minutes of meetings at which officers
from both bodies attended.”

My response is as follows:

Please note that the document you cite in your original FOI request,
‘Regeneration and the Arm’s Length Management Organisation ‘Homes for
Haringey’ was written by officers at Homes for Haringey without any input
from Haringey Council officers.  There was no direct contact between these
two groups of officers when this document was being compiled.

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the Feedback  and
Information Team.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to this follow up
FOI.

Thank you,
