In accordance with provisions within Freedom of Information Act 2000, the

Dear Mr Brown,

 

Thank you for your request for information, relating to Compulsory
purchase order, I can tell you that under the FOI Act the information is
exempt from disclosure under the provisions of section 21. Section 21 sets
out that the local authority need not provide information under the FOI
Act where the information requested is ‘ reasonably accessible’ by other
means.

All compulsory purchase orders are discussed and decided upon at the
Councils Cabinet meetings, minutes of these meetings are available on The
Councils website via the below link where all information held by the
Council is held.

Using the diary select the cabinet meeting for that month to open the
documents.
