If the percentage of Pakistani heritage employees and/or Pakistani heritage governors is less than the percentage of Pakistani heritage students then there would be under-representation.

Thank you so much for providing the information requested.
As to 'under-representation' it is generally spoken of when there are fewer teachers than pupils from a particular community. This would be the case at your school if we compare responses to questions 1 & 2 above. However if we were to combine the data for teachers and support staff then there would not be under-representation.
As to your governors, there does appear to be under-representation if one was to compare them to the pupils. However, given they are adults so it could be argued that their proportion should be in relation the proportion of Pakistani heritage in the local community.
In any case you appear to have had some success in achieving a diverse workforce and governing body in a school that serves a diverse pupil population. It would be helpful to hear of the steps you took to get here. Your situation could be an example for others.
