Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting NHS Customer Contact Centre. We have received
your email and a member of our Customer Service team will be respond to
you in due course.
In the meantime, the following information may be able to help you access
information immediately.
NHS England commissions or buys primary care services; for example, GPs,

as district nursing. These services are commissioned by Clinical
Commissioning Groups (CCGs). If you need advice about accessing secondary
care, you should contact your local CCG. You can find their contact

As the information requested should be available via a number of sources, such as, team organogram, payroll record, employee staff record, other internal record and retrieval would ordinarily take a very brief period of time to obtain by applying an appropriate search criteria, I question why NHS England are breaching FOI laws to the extend they have, thus increasing FOI requests and entries on this site and directly to NHS England, delaying the requester in his work and those who are also seeking the same information. Given the simplify of this FOI request the delay appears wholly inadequate.

I wonder if they're actually doing anything about this, apart from sending out emails every 2 weeks!
