Provide a list of all Alternative Provision providers that the Council has commissioned in the last 3 academic years (or financial years if different to academic years). Please specify whether academic years or financial years.

Please provide a breakdown by:

- How many places are funded for each provider in each year and amount of base funding received for each place.

- The total number of places funded for each year.

- On average, how many students attend each provision in each year taking account of students length of stay i.e. the full time equivalent.

- The total full time equivalent for each year.

- Current banding of top up funding for each provider.

- The cost of each full time equivalent including base funding by each band.

- Any additional grants, awards or funding made available to providers in the last three years and reasons for each grant or award

- The total amount the Council spent on Alternative Provison for each year, separating any centralised costs.

How many children were referred for home tuition or one-to-one tuition in the last three academic years.
