Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I humbly request the amount found wrongfully Sanctioned through Universal Credit Maladministration and/or misdirection since its conception.

I also request the percentage of those found wrongfully Sanctioned, who recieved financial recompense for there loss and hardship.

Further more, I request the number since conception(in a yearly rolling amount)of Universal Credit claimants who fell past 4 weeks in the mandatory reconsideration complaints process.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Universal Credit Maladministration'.

My request reasonable. My action group put these few requests to assertain the scale of not the problems themselves. But to determine the scope of failings in the process of correcting these problems.

An attempt moraly correct and in good standing.

Each part of the request shines light on problems that have repeatedly arised. These will no doubt put the DWP in poor sted. But will allow for these problems to be correctly addressed for the betterment of those who follow.

As it stands sanctions are a great way to pressure tax payers to find work. But on many occasions Maladministration and poor communication between departments has resulted in undue punishment and hardship. From lost letters from local MP to Doctors fit documents. Multiple accounts to poor communication with other benifit e.g. carers allowance making them exempt from sanction. Poor staff training in inhouse law or misinformation and miscommunication.

I request that these items be looked at individually if the laws time constraints will allow.

Regards

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/u...

Yours faithfully,

Jamie Alan Pilmer
