Thank you for your Freedom of Information request, please find below the
answers to the questions you asked: Planning TRO's and Enforcement
Register Can you please confirm where if online and which newspaper(S) you
advertise all your public notice, including planning TROS Path Diversion
to name a few. Planning related public notices are advertised in the
Sandwell Chronicle. Permanent Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO's) are
subject to statutory public consultation and are advertised in the Express
and Star, notices are posted on site and letters sent to statutory
consultees. Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders for utility works are also
advertised in the Express and Star. Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders
for events on the highway are not advertised. If your enforcement register
is available online and if not ascertain how many planning enforcement
notices(all) were served in 2016/17 and details of references and
addresses The Enforcement Register is not available online, however it is
publicly available to view by contacting the Council's Planning Reception
on telephone number 0121-569 4054/4055. If your TROS are available online
and if not do you have a list of consultees. Permanent TRO's can be found
