I am writing in regards to the Birmingham, Solihull and Sandwell Jazz Festival that has been supported and partnered by Sandwell Council and would like to ask the following questions under the FOI act and policy:
1) How was the partnership introduced? Was it via recommendation or tender process?
2) Which department / person from the Council has led the above to becoming a official partnership? Was consultation taken place?
3) What is the partnership? What is the partnership agreement? What is are the partnership terms?
5) Has Sandwell Council financially supported the partnership and/or the Birmingham, Solihull and Sandwell Jazz Festival in anyway or form? If financial support has been given, please provide breakdown.
6) Does Sandwell Council have any plans to financially support the partnership and/or the Birmingham, Solihull and Sandwell Jazz Festival in anyway or form?
7) What in kind support has been offered to the partnership and and/or the Birmingham, Solihull and Sandwell Jazz Festival in anyway or form? from Sandwell Council? If support in kind has been given, please provide breakdown.
9) What charges have been applied to the Birmingham, Solihull and Sandwell Jazz Festival for the use of museums and parks for their events?
8) What other partnerships does Sandwell Council have in place for similar events?
