I would like to know the number of properties on Fairbridge Road N19 which are 3 storeys high, i.e. have a ground floor, first floor and second floor.

The Council is likely to refuse your request under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, because the information requested is publicly and reasonably available by other means.
You can obtain the requested information by either walking along that street yourself and counting the three story properties, or use google street view to do the digital equivalent.
