Dear FOI Responses,

Oh Martin.

You understand the definition of libel?

I expect a formal written apology and retraction of the statement that I took you to high Court, otherwise I will take the home office and yourself personally to County court for libel.

I never took the home office too high Court for its admitted breaches of the dpa. I was free to take the matter to high Court of I chose to, but I didn't... As your records should show.

In libel cases you will be aware that the burden of proof falls on be who asserts... In this case Martin riddle on behalf of the home office/home sec.

My request follows your response to numerous individuals relating to fast track sars.

My request sought specific data relating to this.

The Home Office is aware of the fact that I have a very active blog relating to immigration issues, which this information being publicly available would benefit my community at large.

I'll give you twenty one data for the formal retraction and apology.

Yours sincerely,

Wayne Pearsall

Dear Mr Pearsall

Thank you for your email of 6 March 2017, in response to the outcome of
the internal review of FOI request 41790.  You identified that the
internal review contained an error. It stated that you had taken the Home
Office to the High Court, when it should have stated you took the Home
Office to the County Court.  I apologise for this error.

Your Sincerely

Dear Home Office,

And thus Martin, if I wished to continue with your departments breaches of the dpa I was free to go to high Court... Considering multiple errs of law in the judgment ;)

However, I chose not to go further, and thus your argument is clearly flawed in that if I wanted to pursue this matter further I could of taken the home office too the cleaners

I simply wish to gain access to internal policy documents on a specific area of business.

Therefore, please confirm, are you retracting your publication or does this publication stand?
