2. The technical appraisals
3. The times, dates and locations of the member advisory panels
4. The minutes of any member panels which have occurred

Meeting papers for the Highways and Community Infrastructure Committee in March 2017 contain a report on the applications, and their assessment:

Some councillor applicants have been anonomised in the published information, and there are more schemes listed for Cambridge than proposals released. (Perhaps applications from previous years are still being taken forward and considered?)
