Smart cctv - threat detection

The request was refused by Birmingham City Council.

Dear Birmingham City Council,

I am interested in obtaining information on CCTV cameras owned and
operated by the local authority. For each CCTV camera that is owned
and/or operated by Birmingham City Council I would like the following
data:

Location
Responsible directorate
Responsible department
Whether it is currently operational

In addition to this, for each CCTV camera I would request to know
which implement "Smart CCTV" software for automatic facial
recognition, suspicious movement/behaviour detection, and/or make use
of automatic video analysis. I would also request information on which
software is being implemented to perform these tasks.

I would like this to be in a format that can be re-used, preferably
comma separated variable (csv) format.

Once this request has been completed I would like you to add the
resulting dataset to the city's publication scheme, and keep it
up-to-date in the future.

Thank you in advance. I'm very happy to discuss and assist in the
successful publication of the data I am requesting.

Yours faithfully,

Lucy Hutchinson
