Recent Changes to the Footpath on Ditton Meadows Near Fen Ditton

The request was partially successful.

Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

In relation to the footpath(s) on Ditton Meadows near Fen Ditton which run from Fen Ditton High Street towards Cambridge could you please release:

* Correspondence and agreements with the landowner(s) or their agents, and local elected representatives, in respect of the recent changes, including the installation of gates, fencing, path surfacing, posts, signs etc., in the area. I am referring to a programme of work which has either recently been completed or may be currently in progress.

* The amount spent by the council on the recent changes.

* Any evidence of the established use of path(s) in the riverside field(s).

If this request is judged to exceed the cost limit for a Freedom of Information Act response I would like the council to provide those elements of the response it can within the cost limit and provide me with advice and assistance on how I can modify the remainder of request to bring it under the limit.

Regards,

The council don't appear to have released details of my own reports about the state of the footpath leading me not to have confidence in the completeness of the information released.

My request for information showing established use of the path has not been specifically addressed.
