Forced to pay Council tax deductions like slaves

The request was successful.

Please inform me of the taking of third party deductions by force,I want to receive dwp's proof of their legality and as to why I should receive a liability order. As I am aware the council do not have possession of these as I have checked with the courts.while I have been on benefits I have been tax exempt for the periods that they are stating liability so I would like to know what lawful rights dwp has in making judgements of lawful matters for them to deduct money from my benefits and refuse any amendments or stopped until verified,
Therefore I'm being forced to pay money against my will without liability or lawful means to do so, as mentioned I'm tax exempt so why has dwp not put this in place prior to all this illegality of money laundering and slavery started,

Who has control of payments (me or dwp)
As a UK citizen born on these lands why am I being treated with such gross negligence as I am a creditor towards UK cooperation these charges applied actually boil down to fraud in an organised way we're funds end up being laundered by replacing them back into public funds,

Please respond ASAP

Dear CD Official Correspondence,
Our Reference: FOI 2838

Dear. Sir

You have not provided your legal entitlement to take funds by force nor you general rules on this matter therefor this needs addressing as you place people into hardship with no care for that person who in principle prospective do have rights against this breach and as no contract has been provided by yourselfs ie: there legal right to deduct funds!
As you'll see from there fake notice they aren't stamped by the court nor displays the crown therefor as no authentisity can be provided dwp are just as responsible for this theft of funds by force (slavery)

I have spoken to hmrc tax office about this and they stated that for funds to be payed out of benefits has to be payed to them first which is not the case ax it is to fund the person who claims, and if dwp was to take funds prior my receivance then it would mean that their is a seperate account which equals as a payee account which in affect would mean I'm employed by the benifits office and normal wages would have to be paid?

From their statement it would seem that the funds payed to dwp could be a lot higher than what is payed to the person and as dwp make decisions on claimants funds how much is discounted altogether as it seems an inspection is in order and that couldn't be from people who are involved with dwp directly or indirectly ie: pay via government funds therefor I don't mind paying a personal advisor to do a data check eather privately or publicly as I'm aware and understand the value of money

I could go into deeper aspect of legality as Iv learnt a lot lately in so called law and commerce

Yours sincerely,
