Dear Sian,

thank you for your reply.
I had another look at my original question and I had asked where each of the posts was advertised.
The response was that posts are routinely advertised on NHS Jobs.
Does this mean that all posts were advertised on NHS Jobs and nowhere else?
If not, can you please give me a list showing the Vacancy Reference Number, whether the post was advertised on NHS Jobs or just internally. Also where else a post was advertised.
This was what I had asked originally, if you look back at my question.

Yours sincerely,

Owen Walsh

Publication Scheme e-mail, Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust

Dear Owen,

I'm afraid we have not been able to provide as concise an answer as you have asked:

"All of our vacancies are advertised on NHS Jobs as a minimum. There are instances where jobs are also advertised in external publications. This happens routinely for all Consultant posts as they are advertised in the BMJ. For other posts it is far more ad-hoc and is only undertaken where we have particular issues filling the posts. We don't have a centralised record of which jobs were advertised in additional publications unfortunately." This would exceed the 18 hours of staff time as laid down in section 12 of the FOI Act.

I realise that this is not the response you were looking for.
