Ordinary Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP) from employer is count as public fund or not.?

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

I live in UK on Tier-1 (General) Highly Skilled Migrant visa with condition of no recourse to Public funds.

Could you please provide me information about Ordinary Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP) from employer is count as public fund or not.? If I claim Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP) for 2 weeks from employer then whether its breach my visa condition or not?

According to UK visa and immigration office ,I need to clarify this matter with
Department of Work and Pension,that's why I am requesting this
information.
