Dear South Cambridgeshire District Council,

In relation to Cambridgeshire Police and Crime Commissioner's use of facilities, including office space, at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne could you please release:

1. The contract(s). I suspect there may be a lease, licence agreement or similar covering the office rental and perhaps arrangements for rental of further rooms for meetings and events. There may be additional contracts for ancillary services such as IT services, physical mail handling, furniture etc.

2. A list of payments (amounts and descriptions) received by the council in relation to the rental of office / meeting space and the provision of associated services to the Police and Crime Commissioner as well as details (amount and description) of any unpaid invoices the council has sent the commissioner.

3. If not included in (1) the date on which the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner moved, or is planned to move, to South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne. If the process of moving is/was phased could you please release any information held on the timetable for the phased move.

The Police and Crime Commissioner's latest budget; at Appendix C includes £36,000 for a year's rent and leases.

Presumably this relates to his office at South Cambridgeshire District Council HQ

http://democracy.peterborough.gov.uk/doc...

Dear South Cambridgeshire District Council,

I note in response to my FOI request (your Ref FOI02135) South Cambridgeshire District Council promised to send me a copy of the contract(s) between the council and Cambridgeshire's Police and Crime Commissioner in relation to the provision of office space and ancillary services when that contract was available.

I have not received the document so would like to again request, in relation to Cambridgeshire Police and Crime Commissioner's use of facilities, including office space, at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne:

My request is for all the payments to-date and includes any agreements on the future level of rents / charges under the contract(s).

Given the passage of time and the fact I am seeking information to-date (May 2015) I expect you will treat this as a new FOI request.

I appreciate your original response was helpful and at the time the council did not hold the information requested.

Regards,

The amounts in the released spreadsheet add up to £109,309.40

It appears one year's rent was paid in a lump sum.
