Please supply me with the following information, in relation to fines issued by each college:
The total sum of fines (in British Sterling) issued by each college to students each academic year from the years 2011 to 2014.
The number of students fined each academic year from the years 2011 to 2014 by each college.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide the statistics specifically
requested since the information is not held by the central University
Deanery and the time which would be required to assemble this information
would exceed the cost limit equivalent to 18 hours of staff time.

Could you please clarify what number/amount corresponds to each category (university/college dean). The format you have sent the data in is slightly all over the place and somewhat difficult to decode.
