Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
When someone on JSA becomes sick they have to complete a JSA28 or another relevant document?
please provide a copy of a JSA28 if still relevant, else whatever is relevant to being sick and the Jobcentre Plus guidance thats up to date 2014 that staff make use of in relation to the JSA28 and other more general
guidance on sickness for someone on JSA.
