Methodology for claim 4,000 jobs will be lost if 1% pay rise is paid
Dear Department of Health,
I read in the metro this morning that Mr. Hunt had analysis presented to him showing that if the 1% pay rise was paid that 4,000 jobs would be lost this year. Please can you provide the methodology for this statement.
By methodology I mean information that you would publish in a statistical publication to make the reader aware of any assumptions / issues / methods that had been used / applied.
I apologise as I am not able to find the online article link however the same story is presented here: http://www.newsletter.co.uk/news/hunt-sp....
Happy to clarify this request further if required.
Yours faithfully,
Rachael
Dear Department of Health,
To add a further clarification to my request, included in methodology I would like to see the calculations for how the figure 4,000 was reached.
Yours faithfully,
Rachael
