The number of deaths during benefit claims

Could you please enclose information on the number of deaths that have occurred during the claim process for Employment and Support Allowance and Disability Living Allowance.

Also the number of deaths that have occurred after claimants have been placed into the Work Related Activity Group for Employment and Support Allowance.
