Statistics about benefits - amounts & nationalities

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please could I request the following information, all relating to the tax year 2013/14:

1. The number of successful claims made for–

a) Jobseekers Allowance,

b) Employment & Support Allowance,

c) Child Benefit,

d) State Pension, and

e) Pension Credit.

2. In cases where claimants are asked to sign an equal opportunities monitoring form, a breakdown for each of the benefits listed above, of the number of people who ticked each box on the form (including those who did not tick any box).
