Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Health and Social Care's handling of my FOI request 'Termination of Empmoyment for Unvaccinated staff.'.

I REQUESTED COPIES OF THE 'LAWS' WHICH YOU FAILED TO PROVIDE.

All you provided me with is 'regulations' etc but could not provide me with copies of 'Laws' as requested.
Therefore I put it to yourselves that you are requesting care home senior managers break the law by illegally dismissing unvaccinated staff. These managers leave themselves open to be sued personally, you know this and always have.
PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH COPIES OF THE LAWS AS REQUESTED

Yours faithfully,

Tyrone Armatage
