Testing of Controlled Substances/Drugs for Students

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, University of Birmingham should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear University of Birmingham,

Please detail whether or not you subject students (who have the potential to graduate with a professionally recognised qualification) to drug testing of controlled substances/drugs if there is reasonable suspicion that they have taken controlled substances/drugs?

If so, how many have been conducted over the last 5 years?

Yours faithfully,

Mr Richard Webb
