Dear Bristol City Council,

In seeing how YTL paid off Wessex/Bristol Water's Managing Director to ease the sale I am concerned that the public should have scrutiny over all payments back and forth between BCC staff/politicians and YTL.

Please detail any and all payments between YTL + Affiliates to Bristol City Council, Bristol City Council Officers and Bristol City Council Politicians inc purchases of flights, accommodation etc

Yours faithfully,

Richard Carey

Bristol City Council

Dear Bristol City Council,

Affiliates include everyone from officers to politicians, I'd assume that Council procedures would include spouses and family, associates etc in anti bribery compliance.

Time frame would be from engagement with YTL (which I assume was early 2018 although there may be an earlier correspondence)

I assume all dealings with outside entities looking to deal with BCC must come under scrutiny by anti bribery compliance, which should store all the data and payments, times dates etc in one place for later inspection. I would like to see this scrutiny due to YTL's reputation for pay offs to get their way.

Yours sincerely,

Richard Carey
