authority on 17 January 2024. I can confirm that North Northamptonshire
Council does not hold the information requested.

Please see below the service response:

The contract referenced ended on 31 January 2024. A Northamptonshire
County Council legacy contract, this is not a North Northamptonshire
Council contract but rather is now owned by Northamptonshire Children’s
Trust.

As such, we would advise that you direct your request to Northamptonshire
Children’s Trust, by email to [1][email address].

I trust the above is helpful, however if you are dissatisfied with the way
we have handled your enquiry or you are unhappy with the response
provided, you have the right to request an internal review. 

Please note a request for an internal review should be submitted no later
than 40 working days from the date of receipt of this response.  The
Council is not obliged to accept a request for an internal review beyond
this timeframe.  A full response to your request for a review will be
provided within 20 working days. 

If you remain dissatisfied with the Council’s internal review, you have
the right to appeal to the Information Commissioner (ICO).  It is
recommended that you contact them no later 3 months from the date of our

• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were
successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the
start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework/contract?
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification
given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so,
the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this
contract?
