Good afternoon,

Thank you for responding to my request.

In particular, I am grateful for you clearly outlining that the time period is too broad, due to the costs of retrieving the information.

I am also thankful that you explain there are large numbers of individuals, or 'teams,' who do in fact correspond with Google.

However it appears you have failed to read, and/or understand a section of my request, despite it being clearly outlined in the third paragraph - That I wished to ask for you to confirm if you hold the information.

"I would like to know if the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport is able to confirm that it holds information, records of minuted meetings, mails or written correspondence, with representatives of the multinational technology company, Google."

The reason that Youtube was in the headline of the request, and not in any other section of the request, is due to how I've organised my requests through the site Whatdotheyknow. It was however not included in any other section of the request.

However, despite the above I wish to pursue this request further. Please consider the request along the following criteria:

That your office confirms if it holds the same records, in the forms I requested previously.
I would like to restrict the time period to one month, between January 1st and February 1st of 2019.
I would also ask that this covers all discussions with Google.

Regards,
Alex
