Dear Tower Hamlets Borough Council,

1. Please forward me a copy of the Council's latest Youth Work Curriculum Framework that supports your informal education and youth work with young people.

2. How many youth clubs/centre/HUB does the council manage and staff in Tower Hamlets?

3. How many staff do you currently employ in your Youth Services Department?

4. What is the education/professional qualification requirement for staff working as or equivalent to youth work manager, area youth coordinator, centre manager, worker in-charge and youth worker in your council?

5. Please, can you provide a breakdown of staff ethnicity, gender and disability in your youth services employed in post graded NJC P05 and above?

6. Please, can you provide a breakdown of staff by ethnicity, gender and disability in your youth services employed in post graded NJC P04 and below?

7. Please, can you provide the following financial information about your expenditure for the financial year 2016/17, 2017/18 and your projected expenditure for 2018/19?

A) Staff: Management (P05 and above)
B) Staff: Frontline delivery staff
C) Staff: Training
D) Curriculum/Programme/Project/Equipment
E) Centre/Accommodation cost (excluding A,B,C, and D above)

8. How many JNC qualified staff do you currently employ on JNC Youth Work Terms & Conditions including pay, working with young people in clubs/centre/HUB delivering youth work?

9. Please, can you forward me a copy of the latest Annual Youth Work Delivery Action Plan or equivalent that informs your youth work delivery, used for staff Annual Performance Development Review and used to measures the progress being made against the needs analysis?
