Whitehead Denise SSAC CAXTON HOUSE, Social Security Advisory Committee

Dear Frank Zola,

Many thanks for your email below.

A member of my team responded on Monday 16 November to your Freedom of Information request (which I understand was received on 19 October, amending an earlier request initially received on 18 October).

It may be that the amendment to your initial request, in which you subsequently asked for additional information, has led to some confusion around the deadline for response. If that is the case, may I confirm with you that your request for an internal review is no longer necessary. If that is not the case and you would still like an internal review to be undertaken, please let me know and I will arrange that.

Either way, I do apologise for not letting you have an earlier response.

Kind regards,

Denise Whitehead
