You get large amounts of public money - it is the law that you answer questions

Sheila Oliver made this Freedom of Information request to NPS Property Consultants Limited This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, NPS Property Consultants Limited should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Sheila Oliver

Dear NPS Property Consultants Limited,

You might not want to answer questions, but you are not above the law. You got possibly £70million of public money last year. Mr. Pickles wants us to look under your bonnet.

So, firstly you paid a considerable sum to charity last year according to your accounts. Which charity was that?

Secondly, I am considering suing Stockport Council for defamation. In no way was it vexatious to correctly point out that 550 primary school children and 78 babies were being put on unremediated toxic waste. Unless you can substantiate your claim that I have been vexatious in a court of law, it might be best to dispense with that assertion.

With very warmest best wishes

Sheila
