Dear Liverpool John Moores University,

I was looking through the governance documents of LJMU, in particular the minutes of the Board of Governors,[1] the Finance Committee[2] and the Audit Committee,[3] which are more or less complete up to 2015 before they start to go missing.

Most of the 2016 and 2017 meetings are marked only with a date and a note that "the minutes of this meeting contain restricted information. If you would like a redacted copy of the minutes please email: [email address]"

Information about the 2018 and 2019 meetings are entirely missing.

This does not seem to adhere to the publication scheme outlined in a document titled "LJMU Guide to the Publication Scheme"[4] from September 2016 that I was only able to find with the help of an external search engine.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, please may I be sent copies of (or see uploaded and linked to properly on your webpage) the following documents:

(1) The most up to date publication scheme as stipulated by Section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act.

(2) The minutes of all Board of Governors, Finance Committee and Audit Committee meetings that have taken place in the first ten months of 2019.
