Dear Mr Crotty,
Thank you for your email of 12 December 2023 to the Ministry of Defence (MOD), requesting the
following information:
“a copy of the relevant World War Two Medal Card entry for an individual qualifying over
116 years of age .
ARTHUR STEWART TITMOUS D/226135 (National Archives Reference Confirmation Of
Birth 20th September 1887...”

A search for the information has now been completed within the MOD and I can confirm that all of
