Your request for information has now been considered and the information you have requested is as follows:

Delegations by the Leader are set out in the Constitution - in particular paragraph H starting on page 63 (http://www.buckscc.gov.uk/media/1248/cou...). There are no further delegations in place. The explanatory note at the beginning of the Constitution states:

"As described above, the Council delegates the decision-making powers necessary to discharge the Council’s functions to: the Leader of the Council, Cabinet, Cabinet Members, the Chief Executive, statutory officers and relevant senior officers as required. These delegations should be taken to include powers and duties under all present and future legislation, and all powers incidental to that legislation including the application of the incidental powers under Section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972."
