John Smith (Account suspended)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like details concerning the number of household's that had their Council Tax bill written off i.e. not collected.

Please supply both the number of households and the non collected amounts over a 5 year period.

Yours,

John Smith

Kent County Council

Dear Mr Smith

Thank you for your request for information about Council Tax
(FOI/09/1260) and Business rates (FOI/09/1259) that are not collected and
written off.

I am afraid that Kent County Council does not hold this information. In
Kent, the 12 district councils and Medway Council, a unitary authority,
are responsible for the collection and debt management of council tax and
business rates, so you will need to contact them for this information.
Please see the following links for information about Council services in
Kent and a list of District Councils.
