Dear West Sussex County Council,
Splash FM website reported on July 30th Worthing Town Centre Initiative has secured £1 million to lay new paving and street furniture to start in October next year.
(1) Please can you confirm if this is true and if so what projects have been dropped if any from Worthing's highways infrastructure programme.
(2) Does this affect or delay any school safety schemes? If so, which?
(4) Is the 20's Plenty consultation and/or installation affected or delayed?
(3) What other highways infrastructure projects remain for 2013-14,2014-15,2015-16 and 2016-17?
Dear Mr Rice,
Thank you for your enquiry, which has been forwarded to the appropriate
officers for a response.
Please note that following a decision by the Cabinet at a meeting on 4th
September 2012, FoI and EIR requests to West Sussex County Council and the
Council's responses may be published on the Council's website in a
suitably anonymised form. This is in addition to the individual response
to the requestor, and in line with the Council's commitment to
transparency and open data.
