“1. A transcript of the speech you and Mr Val ance made on 10 February 2021 re the
Pcr test and the rapid response tests as after listening to it three times i found it total y
incomprehensible but what mil ions of UK people did hear Mr Val ance say was and I
quote: PCR are very very sensitive, they can pick up very low levels of virus which may
not even be infectious!” I am writing to advise you that fol owing a search of our paper and electronic records, I
have established that the information you requested is not held by the Cabinet Office.
