Workplace parking levy

Richard Parnham made this Freedom of Information request to Oxfordshire County Council Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Oxfordshire County Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

It has been widely predicted that the organisations most likely to be liable to pay OCC's planned workplace parking levy are health facilities and schools.

In light of the impending budget decision on whether or not to proceed with the workplace parking levy in Oxford, please provide me with any estimate of revenue from the WPL, ideally broken down by location / employer type (i.e. John Radcliffe Hospital £1.2m / Swan School £25,000) or Health facilities £X /education facilities £X).

If no such estimate of revenue source projections exist, please confirm this also.

Yours faithfully,

Richard Parnham

Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

I would like to clarify my workplace parking levy request, which asked:

"In light of the impending budget decision on whether or not to proceed with the workplace parking levy in Oxford, please provide me with any estimate of revenue from the WPL, ideally broken down by location / employer type (i.e. John Radcliffe Hospital £1.2m / Swan School £25,000) or Health facilities £X /education facilities £X)."

Please insert the word "annual OCC" into "estimate of revenue" - so:

"In light of the impending budget decision on whether or not to proceed with the workplace parking levy in Oxford, please provide me with any estimate of annual OCC revenues from the WPL, ideally broken down by location / employer type (i.e. John Radcliffe Hospital £1.2m / Swan School £25,000) or Health facilities £X /education facilities £X)."

Yours faithfully,

Richard Parnham
